528 Victoria Falls is a unique boutique guest house. Their small size allows personalised service from owner-operators, Paul and Meredith and the close-knit team. Their “Treetops bar” provides stunning views of the Zambezi River while sipping on it’s namesake beer. The separate lounge and dining room, with views over the pool and leafy gardens. As well as the public spaces there are plenty of private, insta-worthy nooks to relax and recharge in throughout the main building and gardens.

Pioneers Guest Lodge
Set in lush gardens with beautifully manicured lawns, Pioneers is a great option for those who value comfort and elegance. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated in a classic style, and each has a clear and open view of the garden. As well as comfortable furniture, multi plugs and good lighting, they all feature air-conditioners, fans, room safes, mosquito nets and tea/coffee making facilities. Pioneers is family friendly.

Batonka Guest House
Set in lush gardens, a tranquil haven away from the bustle of town but within walking distance of the main attractions. The main lodge offers indoor and outdoor dining, a cosy lounge, and beautiful verandah opening out onto the surrounding gardens.

Bayete Guest Lodge
This is a family run lodge which offers 30 rooms set in a lush tropical garden. Central to the lodge is the large teardrop swimming pool, which is hugged by the Caldecott Dining Boma and the Ingwezi Tavern. The Tavern is steeped in history and character and is central to the communal area where guests are welcomed to gather, have refreshments and socialise.

Phezulu Guest Lodge
This the sister lodge to Bayete Guest Lodge which, over the years has grown in popularity with agents and travellers alike. Both lodges offer the “home away from home” atmosphere and, although different in some aspects do share similarities in terms of services available and friendly staff.
